A great brown and white Historical Staffordshire plate. The design shows a group of people and their dogs sitting in a park with the City Hall of New York in the background. Made by Charles Meigh c. 1832-1850 "City Hall of New York" is part of the "American Cities and Scenery Series". Each plate measure 10 inches across.
