 What an incredible find! This unusual heart shape cup and saucer has touche decor banding. The saucer, which stands on three prong feet, and the front of the cup are decorated with a petit breton with a pipe (see inset picture). Both pieces are banded in blue and signed HR Quimper. The pieces are decorated with wonderful detail that is well executed. The set is in pristine condition and dates from 1895-1922. The plate measures 5 inches wide by 5 inches long, the saucer measures 5 inches long by 3 inches wide. Click on photo for more detail.
