This small blue willow transferware platter has a rectangular shape with a slightly scalloped rim, and a deep well (3/4 inch drop from the rim to the center). Part of the pagoda pattern is blurred from the transfer moving during the manufacture process. It adds charm and reminds us that these designs were applied by hand. Made by Wedgwood Co., England c. 1908. Measures 10 1/2 inches long by 8 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches high. In excellent condition. Click on photo for more detail.
